Paul Mitchell Workshop

On Tuesday 19th June we had a visit from the wonderful Johnny and David from Paul Mitchell to run a workshop for the Celeb Viral and GemLites colour depositing shampoos enhance your colour to prevent fading between salon visits whilst also providing gentle cleansing. Not just for bright haired babes, the GemLites range is for natural tones. All of the shades in either range can be used on their own to instantly add colour to the hair with their patented advanced colorposit™ technology, or to freshen up hair and prevent colour fade.

GemLites is the range for natural tones, with shades inspired by gemstones in nature. There are 10 shades available:

The Viral range has two lines: Extreme and Pastel. There are 10 bold shades available: Silver, Yellow, Teal, Blue, Purple, Red, and Hot Pink in the Extremes, and Blue, Pink and Lavender in the Pastels range. Plus, they can be mixed to create your perfect shade!

All of the shades in both ranges are free from: sulphates, parabens, ammonia, peroxide and PPD so there are no hidden nasties. With continuous use, the colour intensity will build up, or you can alternate washes with your regular shampoo to maintain your colour and prevent fading.

Junior Stylist of the Year

On Monday 26th March we had our annual Junior Stylist of the Year competition, where all of our apprentices create a styled look. They were given a theme of Film & TV and each created a moodboard with their inspiration. There were a lot of brilliant ideas ranging from Ru Paul's Drag Race to Maleficent and Game of Thrones inspired looks.

March Events

Clarins Beauty Master Class Evening

Tuesday 20th March at 6.30pm in aid of St Barnabas House at the Richard John Salon in the Royal Arcade opposite the pier in Worthing, West Sussex.

Introducing the new Extra-Firming duo of day and night creams by the skin experts at Clarins. Launching on the 6th March, this is the perfect opportunity to try out these brand new creams.
In a test of 102 women over 14 days:
