What is it?

A rewards scheme where you earn points with purchases of products, to redeem for treatments.

How do I earn points?

Any product purchases made in our retail shop will earn 2 points for every £10 spent.

What can redeem my points for?

Use your points for the following treats :

Hair services
Wash & Styling	40 points
Hair Up with Hair Designer	50 points
Cut & Finish with Hair Designer	60 points
Beauty Treatments
Clarins Personalised Facial	80 points
Clarins Personalised Body Treatment	80 points
Relaxing Back Massage	50 points
Luxury Manicure or Pedicure	45 points
Indian Head Massage	45 points
Touch of Colour Makeup	35 points

Appointments can be made for anytime Monday-Friday.

How do I spend my points?

When booking your appointment, either in person or by phone, inform our receptionist that you wish to use your loyalty points.

Are there any restrictions? 

The Appointments are available Monday to Friday subject to availability, Terms & Conditions apply. Points are not earned on purchases of gift cards. The Richard John Loves Loyalty Scheme will run until further notice, however Richard John reserve the right to cancel the scheme at any time, or withdraw any participant or service offered. Any changes will be displayed in the salon and retail shop. In the event of a 'no show' for an appointment booked, the points for that treatment will still be deducted from the customer's balance.
